ABOUT
Jacqueline Hollows and Paul Lock are hosting a wellbeing and resilience retreat.
Even the most positive and optimistic people will inevitably experience personal and professional setbacks and challenges. It is how quickly we rebound from these setbacks and how much baggage we carry forward that makes all the difference. Our resilience is equally linked with our ability to access our clarity and perspective at times of challenge and uncertainty.
Participants from our previous retreat said…
Beyond Recovery has spent the last four years working with prisoners and staff in a custodial environment. We have seen first hand the challenges and strains prison and support staff are under. If wellbeing, peace of mind, clarity and experiencing resilience were ever important, they certainly are for this group of people! After the resounding success of our previous retreats, we have scheduled our next event for July 2020.
The retreat is for three full days and you are requested to do no other work during that time. Think of this as a Mind Spa where you can relax and explore where wellbeing and resiliency comes from and how we can all access it regardless of our circumstances!
Book your place below and see FAQ’s below for local accommodation – for those wishing to stay close and make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Although lunch is not provided we ensure you have plenty of time to explore local eateries, and there is even an on-site cafe!
If you work or live in an environment where your wellbeing, peace of mind and resilience are being continually tested, this retreat is for you.
