Mind Spa – wellbeing and resilience retreat

Unfortunately, we have had to postpone our July MindSpa, we will advertise new dates as soon as we possibly can.

Our events are funded by participant donations, thank you.

(Recommended donation is between £100 and £300 per ticket. However, we would never want the cost to exclude anyone from joining us. If £100 is too much, please only donate what you can afford.)

The Onley Ground Equestrian Complex

A45 Daventry Road  (Between Dunchurch & Willoughby)

Rugby CV23 8AJ

Jacqueline Hollows and Paul Lock are hosting a wellbeing and resilience retreat.

Even the most positive and optimistic people will inevitably experience personal and professional setbacks and challenges. It is how quickly we rebound from these setbacks and how much baggage we carry forward that makes all the difference. Our resilience is equally linked with our ability to access our clarity and perspective at times of challenge and uncertainty.

Participants from our previous retreat said…

“I’ve realised I am resilient, which means I can handle anything. I’ve never experienced this deep feeling of peace ever before in my life.”

“I feel lighter and more peaceful, able to deal with anything.”

“This MindSpa was the best yet! I loved it, I love you and I love life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

“It's hard to put into words - it blows my mind yet quietens at the same time.”

“Feeling lighter and more empowered in myself.”

“Calming effect and appreciation for things which has helped improve relationships. Also, a connection with colleagues who attended.”

“My mind is always clearer and calmer whenever I do the MindSpa.”

“More peaceful - found falling asleep easier.”

“Tapping into the understanding of how we experience life improves, patience, understanding, tolerance and tranquillity.”

“Jacqueline and Paul were warm, loving, generous, insightful, you were just great!!”

“Lighter, less serious, a quieter mind, no racing thoughts, no anxious feelings, more aware of the things around me. New insights into silence, space and the importance of it.”

“Absolutely amazing facilitators. Really calming and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable.”

“I used to think my busy thoughts were helping me, now I see that they can get in the way! After having returned to work, I feel more productive.”

“Giving myself a Mind Spa has made me realise how much time I spend worrying about things I don’t need to worry about.”

Beyond Recovery has spent the last four years working with prisoners and staff in a custodial environment. We have seen first hand the challenges and strains prison and support staff are under. If wellbeing, peace of mind, clarity and experiencing resilience were ever important, they certainly are for this group of people! After the resounding success of our previous retreats, we have scheduled our next event for July 2020.

The retreat is for three full days and you are requested to do no other work during that time. Think of this as a Mind Spa where you can relax and explore where wellbeing and resiliency comes from and how we can all access it regardless of our circumstances!

Book your place below and see FAQ’s below for local accommodation – for those wishing to stay close and make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Although lunch is not provided we ensure you have plenty of time to explore local eateries, and there is even an on-site cafe!

If you work or live in an environment where your wellbeing, peace of mind and resilience are being continually tested, this retreat is for you.
